CattleCon 2026 Tradeshow Booth

Experience Design, Tradeshow Design, UX Design

CattleCon is an agricultural trade show in Nashville that allows agricultural companies to showcase their products and solutions to a wide range of audiences. I was asked to design a 20-foot-by-20-foot interactive booth that served not only as a sales tool but also as a way to guide users through the product.

The product I designed the booth for is called Next Gen AgTech by In Time Tec, and it is an app that brings clarity and innovation to feedlot management through software. The primary audience is older farmers with limited technology knowledge and an apprehensive attitude towards early adoption.

The Challenge

The booth needed to attract viewers who may be less inclined to adopt technology. It needed to be easily visible from a distance while maintaining clarity of the product focus.

Throughout the design process, I also needed to keep the business goals in mind, and direct the audience further into the marketing funnel through personalized CTAs, multiple sales touchpoints, and branded assets in tandem with the booth.

My Solution

I designed the booth using a mix of Adobe Illustrator and Figma to create assets that would engage and move users through the experience. I had multiple rounds of review with stakeholders, where we discussed marketing verbiage and image choices to ensure the right demographics were represented.

Additionally, my role was to serve as the point of contact between stakeholders and the ordering vendor, and to successfully translate large files to produce a high-quality, show-ready end result.
