In Time Tec, a global software solutions company based in Meridian Idaho, needed to refresh their market positioning and how the brand was perceived by potential clients. Part of our Q1 Marketing Strategy was identifying gaps in the market, and adjusting our branding feel for sales tools based on this research.
The challenge was the shift from a generative to an agentic AI focus, which is a hurdle many technology companies in the last few years have been facing. Businesses are finding that their technology providers are losing relevance because they are slow to adopt AI servicing.
I was tasked with performing market research that confirmed the Agentic AI shift, and designing company-wide sales tools to support that narrative.

Initial Findings + Research
Using tools such as Perlexity, Claude, and Chat GPT, we pulled sources that helped us determine a broader view of the AI market as a whole. How businesses were positioning themselves, and what the current gaps were.
The findings were clear. SaaS companies adopting and selling Agentic AI approaches to solving business problems were pulling ahead.
