In Time Tec, a global software solutions company based in Meridian, ID. Part of our Q1 Marketing Strategy was identifying gaps in the market, and adjusting our business strategy.
I was tasked with performing market research and creating a slide deck to serve as a company-wide sales tool for sharing our updated capabilities with clients.
The challenge was the shift from a generative to an agentic AI focus, which is something many technology companies in 2025 - 2026 have been facing. Businesses are finding that their technology providers are losing relevance because they are slow to adopt AI services.

The Challenge
In Time Tec had deep AI capabilities, but no unified story to communicate them.
Their brand, website, and sales materials did not reflect their evolution into an AI-as-a-Service company.
I conducted market research and competitor analysis and, in doing so, determined core messaging to drive the design and visual shift forward.
Initial Findings + Research
Using tools such as Perlexity, Claude, and Chat GPT, we pulled sources that helped us determine a broader view of the AI market as a whole. How businesses were positioning themselves, and what the current gaps were.
The findings were clear. SaaS companies adopting and selling Agentic AI approaches to solving business problems were pulling ahead.
